Who We Are
Eliana Consultancy Africa (ECA) is a registered consultancy firm established on 1st October 2013 in Nairobi, Kenya, with a branch office in Mogadishu, Somalia. Since inception, ECA has grown into a trusted consultancy partner for local, regional and international organisations.
We provide tailored solutions across research, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL), WASH and humanitarian assessments, organisational development, strategic planning and capacity building.
Our principal consultants have direct field experience in Dadaab (Hagadera, IFO 2, Dagahaley) and Kakuma/Kalobeyei in WASH, protection and humanitarian coordination roles, including current engagement on a WASH-focused Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) for Peace Winds Japan's AfDB-funded water supply project in Dadaab.
ECA is currently engaged with Qatar Charity on research and resource mobilisation support in Kenya, and has prior collaborations with DRC partners in Somalia and Kenya, giving the firm direct insight into refugee-operation programming and learning priorities.
